Principal lender, Catalyst Property Finance, has today announced that it has appointed Kevin Stephenson FRICS as its Head of Real Estate within its short-term finance business.

Kevin will be responsible for assessing and monitoring Catalyst’s underlying property loan assets through a mix of online research and site visits.

I’m sure Kevin won’t mind me sharing that he became a Chartered Surveyor in 1978 and his 41 years’ experience in real estate valuations is very impressive. From our initial interview with Kevin, we had no doubt that the depth of his expertise will be an asset to Catalyst Property Finance.
