I work in the New Business team at Catalyst having joined 6 years ago. Catalyst has given me the opportunity to work with an interesting product in a stimulating industry. Every loan requirement, relationship and completion is different. Every department at Catalyst is dynamic, all teams work closely with open communication. From the beginning of the loan cycle, the first review of requirement to redemption, we provide accurate and fast solutions. By the time I reached the 5-year mark in previous roles I felt it was time to move on and find a new challenge. Going into my 6th year at Catalyst with new products and funding I feel like I am just getting started, and very much looking forward to the future.
