Catalyst appoints new Servicing Manager

Catalyst, the leading short term property finance lender, today announced the appointment of Sophie Rose as Servicing Manager. Sophie will be working alongside and reporting into Head of Servicing, Amy Rickman, managing the loan book for the company and assisting borrowers with their post completion queries.

Sophie has over 12 years’ customer service experience in various roles, including being part of the first team at Liverpool Victoria to be cross trained in all departments to reach ‘one call resolution’ and, most recently, underwriting at Nationwide and Positive Lending, advocating for clients and brokers with her exceptional communication skills.

Amy Rickman, Head of Servicing at Catalyst says: ‘’ I am really excited to have Sophie join the Catalyst team. Sophie has previous experience in the property industry that she will be able to apply to the Servicing Manager Role. Her enthusiastic attitude is a great attribute when assisting borrowers with all their post completion queries.
