Catalyst appoints two Key Account Managers and a Senior Credit Analyst

Joining the New Business Team are Drena Gashi as Key Account Manager for London and Katy Fogarty as Key Account Manager for Midlands and the South, both report to Catalyst Sales Director, James Farge. Drena joins Catalyst having previously worked at First4Bridging, Crystal Specialist Finance and JP Morgan. Katy joins the team having worked for NatWest, Countrywide Mortgage Services and Nationwide. Both have a wealth of property finance and broker support experience.

Alan Harrington joins the Credit Team as Senior Credit Analyst, Alan reports to Catalyst Credit Director, Matt Gillon. Alan has manyyears’ experience in specialist lending, having previously worked for OneSavings Bank, Family BS, and many other specialist lenders.

Alan Harrington, Senior Credit Analyst at Catalyst, says: “I’ve joined Catalyst as they launch into the buy to let market. My role, as Senior Credit Analyst, is to be their ‘go-to’ buy to let product expert, supporting the New Business and Credit teams with technical enquiries, as well as underwriting cases. The product is great, and brokers will love the criteria, I’m going to be exceptionally busy and that’s exactly how I like it!”
