Borrowers from age 21 to 85
Borrowers with good credit history
Loan
Loan to cost up to 85% LTC, net of interest
LTGDV up to 70% LTGDV for experienced developers
(“Experienced developers” will have developed 3 similar schemes within the last 5 years, contractor experience alone is not enough)
LTGDV up to 65% LTGDV for less experienced developers
Loan terms up to 24 months. Minimum 3 month interest charged.
Loans available from £250,000 to £5,000,000

Rates & Fees
Interest rates from: Variable 6.50% + BBR, Fixed 10.50% p.a.
Catalyst facility fee from 2.00%
No early repayment charges
Exit fee from 1.00%
